“Mike initially visited to give me a quote for a new a/c, furnace and coil, which i had been told needed to be replaced by a well known heat and air company, because they saw holes in the heat exchanger. Before moving forward with replacement, Mike suggested sending Cade, one of his highly trained technicians, to re-evaluate and tune up our furnace.Not only did Cade bring a more sophisticated scope to inspect the heat exchanger, but he also determined the previously identified “holes” were a collection of one dead bug and some surface rust, none of which compromised the safety or function of the furnace.I want to thank Bri, Mike and Cade for their timely, honest and high quality service. Now we have more time to save for the eventual replacement of our old system and we know it’s running as efficiently as possible.FYI- Mike also provided a quote for a Trane system that underbid both of the companies i spoke with previously.“

“Buddy is easily the best service man I've ever had across all devices. I had a competitor come and tell me that I had to get a new a/c and tried to sell it to me for $14,000. Buddy came and fixed the lead and added freon for $300 and told me that I could make it a couple of years with the older a/c. A few years later, I finally had to get a new a/c because it was leaking again and the type of refrigerant wasn't available anymore because of federal regulations so he put in a new a/c after we've gone through the highest inflation in 40 years for $8,500. In other words, he beat the competitors 2 year old price by well over $5,000. Besides being incredibly honest, he's also very friendly and just a class act. “My review from a couple of weeks ago disappeared so I will do my review again.Gus and Edwin came out that morning to do a check up and tuneup on my system before winter really set in. They were so nice, personable and well-mannered. They did such a thorough job. I was very pleased. I feel very confident going into winter.Edwin and and David came out yesterday to inspect a noise my heater was making. Of course, it didn't make the noise while they were there. “I was at Home Depot during Black Friday and they had an Amazing Promotion on an HVAC Tune-up. I purchased the Tune-up for my Heater even though it still was working but it had been awhile since it had been checked. I was notified by Snow Bear that a technician was coming to my house and the appointment time as well a confirmed date. This morning I received a text message letting me know the time slot and the tech's name was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He asked to see the Heater to check it out and went to work. He checked out my connections, made sure the unit was functioning properly and saw a small issue that recommended to be cleaned but that was the service I paid for.. Great Job Michael for what you did and Thank you for being very upfront and Professional on the Service call. Keep up the Great work.“
