Hill & Company installed a new heating/AC unit at my house. They did a very thorough analysis of our house and gave us three options to choose from. They steered us toward the one that they thought would meet our needs, not the most expensive option!
The best part was when they made a mistake, they took ownership of it and promptly corrected it. One of the workers stepped through the ceiling when he was in the attic. (Easy to do in our attic. I have done it once myself.) This happened at about 9:30 AM, and they had someone working on the repair by about 1 PM that day. For me that was the epitome of professionalism.
