He came back the next morning when it wasn't frozen and fixed the issue. No extra charges or anything funny, just two trips to NE Edmond in two days for a single issue.“

He drove 45 minutes round trip to get a mounting bracket for the blower motor replacement! So thankful :) I got my blower motor replaced, a fan cleaning, and a new capacitor (courtesy of Lashar).
