He did a very thorough job of checking and cleaning our entire AC system, inside and outside. He took before and after pictures, explained them to us, and pointed out potential issues in the future. “The service seemed to go well. I went into the house for a while and let him work. The generator came on today 13 Sept 2025 at 12:00 p.m. for the maintenance run and it sounded like it was only firing on 1 cylinder. There was a strong smell of natural gas as well. “Two months ago we had one of our two AC units replaced by another well-known AC company in the local metro area. That experience from start to finish was not good on many levels. I would not recommend that company to anyone.
