Today Jack from Air Comfort Solutions came to do our annual furnace inspection which I had kept putting off.Jack was on time and introduced himself. He changed the three filters and went upstairs to check the furnace and explained that it would probably take 20-25 minutes. When he came down he said he had taken many pictures and asked if I wanted to see them. Jack showed me the pictures and explained what I was seeing and patiently answered my many questions. He was polite, respectful, and professional. There were a few things that needed addressing and he expertly explained the problems with no high pressure for me to get them fixed immediately. As if winning a complete heat and air system wasn't enough....changes to some duct work to improve an under 'conditioned' room , I couldn't ask for a better crew to do the change out. Fast, clean, neat and frendly. And a new thermostat to boot!Thank You ACS for everything. Also a scheduled return to check the freon when the outside temperature warms up.
I think Jerred Tipton and Seth's did a good job and explained to me what's going on I like that!! And they was here when they said they will be! I give Jerred Tipton and Seth's 5stars I definitely recommend them to my family and friends
