Nicholas from Smith Brothers had a service call on my A/C cause it was working so long and hard to cool. I had a pound of freon in the spring. Today it was 2 lbs low. Definitely a leak. He investigated, found the problem and fixed it.

Called Smith Brothers late one afternoon because my mother's house was not cooling. They came out promptly the next morning and determined that the air conditioning unit was not able to be fixed and we needed a new unit. We had just moved our mother home with hospice as she was in the last stages of her life and wanted to die at home. They promptly got a crew to the house and replaced the unit that very day. They were very repectful and quiet as they moved through the house, during their job in such a professional manner.
