Shawn did a wonderful job getting my AC back in working order. The unit was frozen over due to lack of proper air flow, so he had me change filters and air it out overnight. He came back the next morning when it wasn't frozen and fixed the issue. No extra charges or anything funny, just two trips to NE Edmond in two days for a single issue.
Honest, fair, efficient, knowledgeable and an all around great company. My husband was out of town when we started having HVAC issues. We have two babies, making a broken HVAC feel urgent. Eric, (the owner,) and our tech, Nathan, were great about communicating what needed to be done, brainstorming the most cost efficient but effective fix, and getting the job done. I will be a lifelong customer of theirs!
Isai Rios was very professional, showed up on time. Even called the night before to confirm we still needed his service. I have apparently a very upgraded system, Ecobee. It had been set up wrong by the previous owners. As you know it has been in the freezing temps last week negative temps. & my advanced heating system chose to start blowing cold air when it was 13 degrees. He was very knowledgable and communicated in layman's terms so he could teach me how my system works. He knew my situation and fixed my issues within no time. I would highly recommend ES Heat & Air to anyone having H&A problems.
