Deducted a star as our AC stopped blowing cool air and we haven’t been in our new build 2 years yet. However, unlike recent reviews, our experience was pretty good. We called on Monday and two gentlemen came that same day. They were unable to fix the issue as they had to order a part but told us that someone would contact us once the part came in. The following day, someone contacted my husband informing him the part came in and they would come out on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and Troy showed up on time and got to work. This is a good company. Does good honest work. Has the best prices. They have great customer service. They do everything from service to old or new systems. Takes care of all your needs in a timely manner.
