So grateful for this place! I have had a couple software treatments with Loni and I am just amazed by how quickly I was able to get relief. I’ve had some issues with my shoulder and bicep for a while now, and after one treatment my pain was gone. Went back for another just to be proactive. So excited to find this place so close to home that offers so much!

I went there last week, and the lady who did my mani/pedi was fanominal. She saw my knee replacement scar and took it really easy as far as me moving around a lot when she found out that I'm still in the healing stage and my knee is still pretty stiff. I went to Maria to get my hair styled for a wedding and my experience was exceptional. I have thick curly hair and needed it to survive an outdoor wedding without frizzing. She took that into consideration and went out and got products specifically for my hair. She blew out my hair, straightened it, and styled it and by the end of the wedding, even after rain, my hair had zero frizz or curl. I definitely recommend Maria, the thought she put into my hair to make sure it lasted being outside means the world to me when it comes to worrying about how it would look at the end of the night.

Joe fixed multiple issues in our home. He was knowledgeable, extremely courteous, efficient and completed everything very neatly. I appreciated that he put shoe covers on to walk through the home and explained everything as he went along. Will request him again should we encounter a plumbing issue.
Our toilet had a clog that I wasn’t able to clear on my own. After about 15 calls trying to find a plumber who could come out the same day, I reached 1-800-Plumber. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the charges and he went about his business. He had the problem fixed quickly. I would rate both Neko and the receptionist with a 10 out of 10.

komar saved my week. had a washer and a dryer being uninstalled after 60 years due to a house sale/move. called komar at 3:00 pm when we had to shut off the water and gas in the whole house due to corroded:calcified valves. called komar and they sent someone in FIVE MINUTES sunce i had an inspector coming in less than 48 hrs. ronnie was so helpful, worked with me and changed valves etc. THANK YOU KOMAR for working with me in such a professional and understanding way!!!!!

Timlin Plumbing is awesome. They are who I call when I need plumbing help. We have used them a few times over the years and they have been outstanding. They get your service scheduled promptly and the techs are always on time. They do great work and are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Recently, Jared came out to perform some routine maintenance on my backwater gate valve. He is a true professional and gentleman. I had recently installed a new sump pump (by myself) and he answered some questions I had, helped install a check valve and pipe, and gave me solid advice. He patiently and thoroughly answered my questions. I truly appreciate him. Mike and Russ are also great. I have yet to encounter anyone from Timlin who is not a consummate professional. Great customer service, you don't see this very often! The shop closes at noon on Sat. And I called to see if they had a water filter for my mother's refrigerator. I realized I wouldn't get there until afternoon and the rep, whose name, waited for me and hand delivered the filter, which I paid in advance. I didn't catch the name of young man but he provided a great service, I wish they had this kind of service down in South Carolina, Keep up the great work and service!
We brought our carpet scrubber to their shop. He is very knowledgeable about the products out there, and had a suspicion there were no parts available. Rather than tearing our machine apart and charging us labor, he did his research and found the manufacturer no longer has parts. Ethical business people are hard to find. I would not hesitate to bring any of my equipment to him!

In my opinion this #Duravana product has become one of my absolute favorites! It is more durable than laminate, completely waterproof like LVP, and looks stunning! 2022 floor of the year. This company takes in feedback from installers on likes and dislikes and has their product dialed in! A real game change that I will absolutely co-sign!
High wind storms blew the awning off of our house, leaving it dangling in mid-air , presenting an immediate safety hazard. The next day Donoghue Construction surveyed the damage, gave a fair estimate, and completed the repair the following day with excellent results. John did an excellent job of overseeing and constructing the addition/remodeling of our kitchen. The project was finished prior to the estimated date which was an added bonus. This was an excellent air duct and dryer vent service experience. The cleaning removed dust and debris from every vent. They repaired the dryer vent and restored proper function. The maintenance and inspection were informative and helpful. The staff was professional and friendly. The air duct cleaning cost was affordable. I would definitely recommend them.

Update 8/19/2025 - Our window (not one they installed) reflected onto our siding and started melting it. We called our sales person at Quality and they came out and fixed it quickly. Again, I can not say it enough of what great customer service they have. Not only at Quality but with the relationship they have with the installers too. FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work!! Also side note - we live in Westlake and they are all located in Youngstown! Also side note - make sure to tint windows that you think could reflect onto your darker siding. Easy fix for us!
I couldn't be more happy with the excellent customer service and installation of our full house siding and windows! They took extra care in the installation and whenever I had a concern or question the response time was, at the least, amazing. Even if it was an evening or weekend I received a response right away! I am 80 years old and have cared for my teeth, however I recently required a molar extraction and a tooth cap. Dr. Shane Roche, practicing at ORLOSKY Dental in Austintown performed the procedures. My daughter and myself usually see Dr. Stonstreet but yesterday my 7 yr old needed an emergency appt when she fell and chipped her 2 front adult teeth along with a lip injury. We were seen right away by Dr. Tom and he explained everything in detail he was going to do and was absolutely excellent in the treatment of my daughter! Both dentists are fantastic no matter which one you see! The hygienists, assistants and front office staff are always nice and friendly and do their job well!! I ALWAYS recommend this practice when someone is in need of a dentist

I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. I used to put it off because I had such terrible teeth due to chemotherapy and radiation treatments from long ago. I ended up needing top dentures, and I would recommend and trust no one other than Dr. Taylor and his staff. He is kind and smart. He explained everything. He made sure that I was comfortable. And I LOVE my teeth! I smile all the time now. I highly recommend him.

This place is the BEST! I took my daughter here for her first time dentist visit. She is 22 months old and she loved being there so much from the front desk to the waiting area to the hygienist to the dentist. Everything was perfect and stress-free and as a parent, that’s all you can ask for.

Dr. Allen and his staff are awesome at what they do. They went out of their way to help me with Pebbles. She was a feral, Dr. Allen fixed for me. She traded in her feral card on her own terms.... at her time of need, and mine they were there to put her out of her pain. She knew it was time.....she let me help her, as hard as it was. He confirmed what I assumed. She's no longer in pain. She was a great cat who loved the outdoors. I'm beyond blessed to Dr. Allen and his wonderful staff.

I wouldn't go or recommend anyone else, my dog had some serious matting over his entire coat. He is a mixed mutt and his hair is not easy to deal with at all. She was able to completely fix his issues with the matting and did it extremely fast.

Took the yoga nidra and sound healing class led by Mike. It was very peaceful with clear and well thought prompts. Mike has a soothing voice and grounding presence with a warm smile. His embodied presence is very healing for my nervous system, which is rare these days in men that lead. I highly recommend this class, especially for those that struggle to feel safe. Went this morning for a little mothers day massage with a group of moms. Price was excellent full body for $40 + tax- 40 minutes. I am pregnant, so I wasn't sure what to expect as this wasn't a prenatal massage. My sister-in-law called to confirm they would be able to massage me, an could accommodate (not laying on my stomach) They reassured us this would not be an issue. Upon going into the room, they made sure to position extra pillows an massage me on my side an than roll to the other side to insure they got both sides well. I was in the same room with my mother, an than the lady massaging her as well (not sure if this would be the same for strangers but as we are family, this was no issue) The amount of pressure was perfect. She got in there, an really worked on all my tension that was built up. I have no complaints. My mother and I were already discussing coming back to experience the foot massage.
Crew Physical Therapy & Caitlin, are the best!! I cant say enough good things about this place. (I’ve been to a few in my lifetime). Three years ago I was diagnosed with a Osteochondral Lesion…it’s a condition where both the cartilage and underlying bone were severely damaged in my Talus, a critical weight bearing bone in your foot. Every step hurt and at times the pain was so bad I didn’t want to walk. I had a micro fracture procedure to repair the damage. Knee Scooter, crutches, shower chair & no driving lasted a couple months. My daughter in law recommended I do PT with Crew Physical Therapy, & I’m so glad I went that May. Caitlin asked many questions & what my end goal was…I wanted to walk the 5k at Columbus Children’s Hospital in Oct. I was never treated like a number, the staff makes you feel like your family. Dr. Caitlin is so personable & has so much empathy towards her patients. Caitlin did hands on & dry needling to my low leg & foot. When she gave me the exercises weekly to strengthen my leg & get more mobility out of my foot she would do the workout with me so I learned them correctly, explained why I needed it & how it will help me. She always cheered for the smallest exercise wins when we did a recap weekly. That Oct. I walked the 5k and finished with tears knowing I did it & all the love I received from Crew got me to my goal. Last week was my third 5k in Columbus with my best time. I owe walking again to Dr. Caitlin and Crew Physical Therapy.
Second visit for TKR therapy. All therapists were excellent. Worked primarily with Evan who was extremely knowledge and supportive. Highly recommend.
