“After years of excellent eyebrow service I go in for eyebrow waxing before my daughter’s wedding. New girl I didn’t think it would be a problem as new staff has always done a good job. This person was awful she left scars on my brows for my daughter’s wedding. She needs to be fired immediately!!. I did reach out to salon to let them know and shared phots of the damage. No more new people for me!! Beware

The shop owner responded to my call photos and review with Apologies and free service for my next visit which was greatly appreciated by me as being a valued customer over years . I’m adjusting my review as the owner wants me to . Based on her rapid response and apologies . She told me the employee was not new which is not not professional to damage a customer.“

She listened to my concerns and was really careful about not taking too much off, as she told me she would rather have to re-cut it, than take too much off. She did my color, cut and style.
