On two separate occasions, we were in desperate need of help with a plumbing issue. Our bathroom was in the middle of a new floor install.We phoned Timlin plumbing and explained our predicament to ****. This was on 08/14/23. He was able to send an expert out the same day.We continued on 08/21 with the floor install and ran into another problem.**** again was able to send an expert to help.Kudos to ***** and *********. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you all so much.

I'm not sure who I spoke with yesterday, but GREAT customer service. He said that they wouldn't be able to get someone out to fix my issue until next week. BUT, he gave me several other companies and numbers! THEN, he said if I couldn't get someone out soon, to call him back and he said would see what he could do. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'll be keeping their number for future reference!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help!!

We purchased an almost 150 year old house that was unfortunately pretty poorly remodeled, so we’ve had to call in for a plumber or drain cleaner a few times.
