I originally received a handwritten quote of $5,000. After waiting over a week and following up multiple times, I was never put on the schedule. Eventually, the price increased to over $7,000. I’ve attached the original handwritten quote on the back of the business card to show the discrepancy. This experience reinforced the importance of getting everything clearly in writing. Since posting this review, the owner has contacted me several times, stating that this “should have been handled man-to-man.” I found that framing unnecessary and unprofessional, especially given that the review reflects my actual experience. Due to recent threats of legal action over my original opinion, I have been documenting communications and recording calls. I’m comfortable standing by the factual details of what occurred. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company. Protect yourself and make sure you get written estimates.
