The staff is great from the moment you walk in, and the place is immaculately clean. Dr. Scott is kind and spends ample time with clients, providing great conversation after examinations. All the vets, including Dr. Bancroft, an outstanding surgeon, are top-notch and very knowledgeable. They listen to clients and are clear and thorough about diagnosis and treatment. The techs and office staff are also helpful, earning high recommendations and exceptional reviews.
I was apprehensive about taking my Siberian Husky Kylo to another veterinarian but all of the staff there were very kind and understanding. The Dr was a great guy. They treated my Husky's skin infection with great care. It was an overall satisfactory visit and I would definitely refer people to Crago and Dr Scott
I just want to everyone to know what a wonderful veterinarian clinic this place is, I had a very sick baby, I called 4 other vets and Noone would even talk to me, I called here and they told me bring him in, they met me around back (my baby was a big boy 130 lbs) got him out my car and treated him, unfortunately my baby was not able to be helped, this staff and vet went above and beyond for my Rosco and because of these people I was able to bring my baby home!! This meant so much to me...
THANK YOU TO THE CRAGO VETERINARY CLINIC
Dr Bancroft performed surgery on our dog, Bailey. Can't say enough good things about him and the entire staff. They explained the procedure and what it would be like after. Very thorough.
