The guys that came to my apartment were really nice. And respectful, and when they asked them to be excited to see my dog, they were all about it. And she calmed down immediately. They even showed me what was going on in the drain. And they said, it was probably hair of years of people living here in my apartment. If I own my own house, I would definitely use them again.
