James and Toni were terrific. Straightened out some issues we had with the tub, drain and toilet upstairs upon moving into our 100 year-old home, completely remodeled. They were the only company our bogus home warranty company allowed us to use, and that is about the only good thing I can say about the warranty people; but as for PipeNado, they we awesome. Thank you for dealing with our step-parents and in-laws while we were at work, also. Would highly recommend their services, friendly and professional seemingly happy to serve the Valley/community...
They were patient and excellent at communicating throughout the process of the repairs and prior to while dealing with our home warranty process. They did everything in their power to get our kitchen sink up and running properly and repair a leaking bathroom stack. Super responsive and everyone was respectful and courteous. Highly recommend them.
