Jim Thornton came out to install a heat pump at my home. This was a particularly difficult installation given the structure of my home. Jim actually had to move the unit through our home to get to the back yard. They were careful, thoughtful and professional at every step. I shopped around for a few quotes and the price was great, especially to work with a professional who truly understands what he's doing. Others tried to upswell me products I didn't need - Jim walked me through the details and helped me make the right decision. I can't say enough good things about this company. I'll be using them for all of my heating, cooling, and plumbing work.

I couldn't be happier with my service from them! Our furnace went out on us on a thursday in February so I was panicked to think we wouldn't have heat all weekend at best. I called them at 8am and we were so lucky! They had a tech on his way to a job, he went out of his way to come take a look at it in hopes it would be something he could repair on hand, quickly. I was shocked to see his truck in our driveway 20 min after my initial call! He came in and spent some time on it, called around to find the parts required for the repair, he was very friendly and professional. I still didn't have a lot of hope that this was going to be fixed same day but sure enough he was back...read full review
