“A construction contractor replaced an exterior security door at out plant and did a very poor job. In the process they damaged the our magnetic security door lock. John from Jensen came out and immediately recognized the issue and was able to install a new lock and was able to make adjustments to the door so it would lock correctly and secure our plant. He went above an beyond to ensure that the door seals were tightened and fixed an issue with the threshold that was preventing proper door swing.”
