Jim refinished the downstairs and upstairs floors of our home about three years ago and we are still completely satisfied. He was so responsive and thorough at his estimate and was the kindest soul throughout the process—starting from picking the colors for the stain all the way through to finishing. He kept us updated throughout! To give you an idea of how fantastic he made the original farmhouse floors look—we happen to be friends with the previous owners of our home, and when they came over last year they said they had no idea the floors could ever look this good!!
