We used National Fire after a storm put a large tree limb through the roof. They gave us the name of a reputable tree removal and had the driveway and roof cleaned up in 5 hours. Darrin and Nelson negotiated with State Farm on our behalf to be sure the maximum was covered. After repairs were complete, Melissa was very helpful in the business office.
It was a long process, but we would not have accomplished it without National Fire on our side.
Excellent company. Paul, Ashley and the entire team (sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name) were amazing . We had a pipe burst and they responded very quickly and just jumped in and took control. I was a total basket case of course but they were professional and so very supportive guiding me through the restoration process . Thank you so very much !!!
