“Our toilet had a clog that I wasn’t able to clear on my own. After about 15 calls trying to find a plumber who could come out the same day, I reached 1-800-Plumber. The young lady who answered my call was very friendly and professional. She checked and found a plumber tech who was working in my area. They gave me a two hour window and text me a confirmation. Neko DeVidio showed up with an hour to spare. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and wrote up a work order to provide a quote which seemed very reasonable. I agreed to the charges and he went about his business. He had the problem fixed quickly. I would rate both Neko and the receptionist with a 10 out of 10.“

It seems that my thermostat which was supposedly changed out under warranty last year was the culprit.
