They look so real and I can live each lash individually as if nothing is there. I love them and will be coming back.

Covid-19 hits and I have a completely unrelated condition that sends me to urgent care. Great. Spent most of my teens and twenties at walk-in clinics like this so it was a little like coming back home. I found the staff friendly and informative (behind their masks) and the doctor smart, professional, and approachable. A nice experience... well, as far as having to go to urgent care goes. They helped me schedule imaging at the nearby UC hospital and find a proper family practitioner.

I don’t know where to start. My backstory is that I had a baby about 2 months ago and haven’t had my hair done in about a year and a half. My postpartum hair was bright red (pre pregnancy it was dark blonde) and in DESPERATE need of help. I had an old balayage job that had grown out and my hair was very long.
I scheduled an appointment with Lauren after reading things online and knowing someone who went to her shop. I told her what I was thinking and she was honest with me and also listened to what I was aiming for. I wanted to be blonde again and everything came out perfect. My hair is always tricky for people who don’t quite have the experience which is why I chose Lauren (years of experience).
It was also my first time out after having a baby for that long. She made me feel good about that and also did an amazing job on my hair. She toned it perfectly and made sure that we weren’t even close to yellow. The cut is also perfect because i’m always particular about it and she took the time to hear me out and do it exactly how I wanted.
I never felt like she was rushing to squeeze in more people and she was right on time. The price was great! I spent a few hours there while she did my hair and it was the best hair experience Ive ever had and I never plan on going anywhere else. Being able to come home to my little girl with the biggest smile on my face because I finally look and feel good enough to take pictures with her and go out of the house with her has been the biggest gift. Lauren gave me that confidence back. It truly is a look good, feel good situation.

I had Chloe as my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. The nails matched my reference photo exactly and I got so many compliments! She knows how to take care of customers and I felt relaxed during the whole appointment. I accidentally cut myself with the nail brush when I was washing my hands and she took care of it accordingly and made sure to be extremely gentle with my nail beds. There is no other nail tech with this level of attention to detail and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Under new ownership as of 11/24 -and she’s a doer. She makes the best effort -and has been pretty successful -at keeping the beds fully lamped. If a bed does have lamps out and you let her know she will take care of it. I’ve been to PBT and PF and they don’t hold a candle to this place. I LOVE these beds here and I get my best color here. She’s always offering deals on upgrades if beds are full, always running specials on lotions, holds raffles for free gifts, and she always looks out for her customers unlike the bigger chains. I don’t see myself ever tanning anywhere else. Pay no attention to any negative reviews…some people just can’t be pleased ?

I love the services here! I had an Aveda facial by Erika. She was very skilled. My skin looked glowing and I was really relaxed. I highly recommend and will be returning.
I had Ed Rike Heating and Air install a new two phase heat pump. The initial installation left a lot to be desired. After the system was initially turned on they did a quick cooling check and then hurried off to another appointment. Within an hour the temperature in the house went up three degrees. When I checked the condenser unit outside it was spewing water and coolant. I called and later that evening another technician showed up and stated the outside unit (brand new) had a fractured valve and shut down the system. This was a Friday evening and we were told they would try to source another new unit and contact me on Monday. We spent the weekend without cooling. Monday morning they contacted me and stated they had sourced a new replacement unit. After removal and installation they turned on the new unit. Initially it appeared to cool but after 15 minutes the unit switched over to heat. When I pointed this out they trouble shot the unit and found the thermostat had been reversed wired and when the unit switched to stage two it reverted to heating. Thankfully, this time they stayed around long enough to correct the problem. They stayed to verify the system operation and it has been cooling fine ever since. While the service team was pleasant and stood behind the new warranty, overall it was not a reassuring experience. I felt they rushed out before ensuring the system worked the first time. While I am aware that a potential manufactures faulty unit is not entirely their fault, they didn’t stay around long enough to find the valve or thermostat problems.

We are a family of 5. Our water heater died and I called some guy a friend recommended. He came out and took a look and quickly said I had two options.....spend $650 to replace the whole burner assembly or replace the whole unit for $1,700. Not I'm not sure about you, but there is never a great time to spend $1,700 on an expense you didn't see coming, especially just before vacation. I thought maybe I should get a second opinion. So I went to website of the manufacturer of my hot water heater and found Tim's contact info. I explained the situation to Tim and he quickly said that he thought the issue was an inexpensive $10 part that needed replaced. Going into a holiday weekend Tim was slammed but said he could come out, but it would take a couple days. Having 2 daughters in the house and a wife who love a hot shower (I mean who doesn't) I called Tim back just to try and ask a few more questions as to what the timeline would be should it not be this inexpensive part. Tim recommended that I could do this myself and I only needed 2 tools. He walked me through it, looked at the text message pictures I sent and helped me. What an honest person! Someone looking to help first and do the right thing. This is the type of guy everyone in our community needs to support. This is the type of guy everyone needs the number to. This is the type of business person that I want to know and support. What a simple gesture that is so rare today. I would highly recommend Tim Ryan and would encourage everyone who reads this to save the number on his website. 5,000 stars.
Advanced has absolutely incredible service. We had 2 transformers blow feeding our press brakes and after calling advanced at 7:30 AM when they opened they had someone here to diagnose the issue by 8:30. Got new transformers from the warehouse and had them installed all before 1:00 PM. They were able to re-arrange their schedule and pull 3 guys to get me back up and running same day. Meanwhile the other electrician that installed them incorrectly hasn't even called me back yet. If you need electrical work at your home or corporate business I HIGHLY recommend Advanced!
Mark came to do some work on a GFCI outlet in my garage. He was quick, courteous (wore a mask during our interacation in the midst of COVID-19), and his pricing was fair. I would definitely have him out again.
I called Bunnell because we were having an issue with a circuit that kept overloading that we couldn't figure out and they sent someone over the very next morning. They had it figured out in an hour and with this house's wonky wiring, that is impressive. So then we had them out to put in a surge protector for the house and a couple of extra circuits and they were just as great. Professional, quick, fair pricing. We will absolutely use them again.

I am writing to share my complete satisfaction with the presentation of the quality and benefits of the Copperflect Insulation System. The 25% Fuel Saving to my Home Energy Costs were true as promised. I received my most recent Home Energy Report with this statement: Way to go! You are among the most efficient homes in your area and the envy of your neighbors. Comparison to an efficient home using 681 Kwh, my home used 617kwh. The instaltion was done quickly and my home was left clean. The light bulbs, power cords and coupons were appreciated. I must make mention of Mr. Brad Severson, who was the sale's man. He was thorough, freindly, and very knowledgable. He took the time to make sure I understood how the Copperflect Insulation System worked, as well as where heat and cold were escaping from my home. Mr. Severson did an excellent job of presenting the insulation system, without pressure, which I appreciated. I know my home is now better insulated because of the excellent job done by Mr. Severson and the drop in kwh usage shown in the current state.

They did an exceptionally clean job. I hired them to take the tree down but not to haul away the debris. But they were kind enough to put the small branches in the woods where it is out of the way, and they cleaned my roof. This was beyond my expectations. I would use them again.

I had an Extremely tall pine tree fall oor house during the storm from the effect of Hurricane Helene.
I called Peru and the owner came out to assess damage and reassured me he would be able to remove with his equipment.
He & his crew worked efficiently together to remove the pine tree from our house. Polite & attentive to my concerns having a large tree on my home & not knowing the damage.
Tree was removed, Stump was taken care of, and clean up provided in a timely manner.
They took a few pictures of my roof for me when they were up high on their lift so I could assess any damage of my roof after the tree was removed.
Because of Peru’s technique they did not need a crane (unlike the other 2 quotes I got) cost effecient & saved us money.
I would highly recommend using them for tree cutting services.

I had a dental emergency when a tooth/crown came off at the gum line, and my dentist was unavailable. His staff arranged for me to be seen by Dr. Flannery or someone in his practice. I could get in the next day, and was seen by Dr. Ceasar Silbak. No wait when I arrived. Very friendly staff. Dr. Silbak examined me and my x-rays, and carefully explained my options. Because that tooth had a prior root canal, there was no danger of infection. Soothing fishtank in the waiting area is a plus. Scheduling has always been professional and easy. Kind, thorough and gentle staff. I have been going here for over 15 years and they have never once been late in seeing me. Dr. Koch is highly ethical and from my experience, will not recommend unnecessary services. He has a big heart for the community he serves.
We have been with dr hassan for more than 5 years, will never change. Even if you dont have insurance he is very affordable. He is very knowledgeable and his dental hygienist Kim ie the best!
I’ve been looking for a new dentist for awhile now and have been avoiding calling this specific office because of the reviews, but one day I decided to give them a chance and build my own opinion on them and am so glad I did!! when I called and asked about the office I was able to speak with a sweet lady (her name was jaylen) and she was the absolute best!! she was the sweetest thing and helped me set up my appointment and made sure I had all the forms done prior. Then when I came in for my appointment I was appalled with how sweet the staff was (due to the reviews). I was immediately greeted when I walked in by 2 ladies that I later found out was jaylen who I spoke with prior and the other was the office manager (I can’t remeber her name). I got the pleasure
of seeing Dr.Patan and her assistant (I don’t want to misspell her name but it started with an E I think and she was a little shorter). I was worried about seeing that specific doctor because they told me I would be using out of network benefits but the front ladies had already looked into my insurance plan prior to my appointment and informed me their would be no difference in coverage but the Doctor was as sweet as can be. I was also kind of concerned at the fact that a doctor was doing my
cleaning because i’ve never had a doctor clean my teeth but throughout the appointment she was so so gentle and sweet. If she found any cavities or concerning areas she would take the time
to show me and explain why she wanted to do the treatment (which bonus point she did it all in one day!!) and when I was finished the same lady (jaylen) checked me out and her manager made sure the payment was okay with me and was also very helpful! All the ladies there were beyond helpful. In conclusion i’m so glad I decided to form my own opinion on this office because I will definitely be coming back!!!
First I want to start by saying that nick has always done a great job of getting me in when I’m in need. And also giving me tips and knowledge on how to work on things at home between adjustments for better results. When I was seeing him consistently my posture was better and I felt amazing. (I have hip and back pain from work). Fast forward I hurt my rib in December shoveling snow, and it’s now almost November. I thought it was a pulled muscle so I have been living in pain almost a year when I finally made an appt to see nick. My ribs were out of place and he literally fixed it. I’m writing this this morning pain free after almost a year of being in constant pain. I can’t thank him enough, can’t recommend him enough. Also his staff is always so so kind and treats you like family. Thanks!! ??????

I unfortunately had to come here due to a car accident but I am glad I chose them. They are flexible and work with my schedule and transportation issues. Everyone is great from the front desk to the doctor and the massage therapist is amazing. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The care my husband and myself have received from West Chester Acupuncture and Chiropractic is top notch ? on the scale of experience this husband and wife team have I Iwill give them 100. We both were having lower back pain in the month of March, now May 1st we can say no more pain . I would recommend these 2 Dr's to anyone and I give them praise for helping us.
Just left after my first appointment with Dr. Hilbert. She listened thoroughly to all of my issues and explained and demonstrated what to expect before my adjustments. She provided nutritional advice as well! Everybody in the office was very friendly and accommodating!
I was feeling badly over the winter but was feeling better and went for a walk outside. While walking, I began coughing and threw my entire spine out of alignment. Dr. Bernstein was able to get it aligned again and I could finally breath again. Highly recommend.

I had gastric sleeve surgery at UC Health in West Chester on 2/12/2019 and it was the best decision I ever made. The staff and faculty are great, I live almost 2 hours away and it was worth the drive! If I had to do it all over again I’d choose UC Health West Chester all over again! Thank you to the staff for making my experience the best possible experience ever!
Dr. Pranav Sheth is an amazing dermatologist. He diagnosed me right the first time, was able to prescribe me the right medication and now I’m healing. He has a great sense of humor and is very kind. I highly recommend him.

If you have been on the fence about switching to a cat only vet, make the switch! I can not emphasize enough that the care my cat received at her first appointment was the best care she has received from a Veterinarian in her entire life. At her first appointment she was seen by both Veterinarian's, Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez. I had several questions and they were both so patient answering in detail all of my questions. My cat had her blood pressure taken which was the first time that has ever happened. Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez also identified a new issue that needs to be addressed that was identified from checking her blood pressure. As she is a senior feline, she needs better attention given to her as she ages. Also, all of the staff in the office are amazing & so welcoming! Danielle checked me out & made sure that I understood the directions for her new medication. She also made suggestions on ways to make the pill giving easier. Before I left, I scheduled my other cat for an appointment as I want to make sure he does not have anything that has been left undiagnosed in the past. Make the switch! I keep wondering if her current diagnosises of Kidney Failure & Hyperthyroidism could have been prevented if she had seen Dr. Baxter & Dr. Vasquez sooner.
These guys are the best. They took very good care of our pet rabbit. I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff is fantastic and very caring.

This studio/community has transformed my life. The owner, Britney, is the kindest, most genuine person I know and she has created a community of top notch instructors and yogis that have supported me through a personal journey of emotional and spiritual healing.I started attending at the end of 2020 having never formally practiced yoga. They were accepting and encouraging. I have never felt shamed for not knowing what to do or for falling out of a pose. As Britney always says “This is your practice. There’s no comparison in yoga. Comparison is the thief of joy.”Joy is what I feel every time I’m in this studio. I encourage everyone (experienced yogis and those who are curious about the practice) to try this place out. You’ll not regret it!

I had temporarily stopped going for massages shortly after retiring from my full-time job, and this sad state continued for two years during the pandemic. And frankly, in spite of hot baths with Epsom salts, stretching, yoga and over the counter anti-inflammatory and pain relief drugs, I slowly became used to enduring a life of small to moderate but continuous aches and pains. A friend of mine suddenly could not keep his appointment at Elements and it seemed discourteous to cancel on short notice, so I said I would go in his place. I had forgotten!!! My sciatica and muscle aches are gone. I mean vanished. My appointment was over two weeks ago. It should come as no surprise that as a result I reinstated my membership. In fact, I decided that I'll give up any number of extras in my life if it means feeling this good again. Bless you, Elements Massage. And although I won't name my therapist extraordinaire because she's already booked so far in advance (she knows who she is), I can say from personal experience that the therapists there are a cut above; I've never had a bad massage at Elements from any therapist. Do yourself a favor. Go to a professional, extremely well-run shop (the owner knows her stuff) and change your life. Life is short.
I just had my first massage with Dan, and I will definitely be returning! His friendly, professional demeanor combined with the clean, relaxing ambiance of his massage space was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I have had many massages from professionals, and Dan is by far the best I have ever had. He is naturally talented at listening to your body’s muscles and finding the exact spots to treat to relieve your tension and pain. I HIGHLY recommend giving him a try! You won’t be disappointed.

I am posting 2 reviews. Ricky is my therapist and he is amazing. He's 5/5 everytime. The management there is a 0/5, it is non existent and they expect you to continue to pay fees even when complaints go unaddressed. I am still awaiting a call back from management from June 20th. They cancelled me and my son's appointment, without notice and no one can tell me who actually cancelled it and why. Third time reaching out, will update later about the resolution process.
Janice called and couldn't tell me the reasoning behind my cancellations and she was very sympathetic. Gave me credit for a 90 minute massage. I have increased my rating to a 4/5 stars due to this resolution.
This was my first time to this spa and it definitely won’t be my last. I opted for the four hands for one hour because I’ve never tried it before. It was amazing! The ladies were very professional and skilled. The room was clean, well organized and comfortable. The background music was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep during the massage. I definitely recommend visiting.
Great staff and service. I was a member here for 8 months and had many different massage therapists. There hasn’t been a single person I didn’t not like. Always a relaxing experience and the bundles are reasonably priced. The only reason I canceled is because I relocated to an area that does not have a hand and stone. It’s worth the money!
I believe in the power of prayer. I pray for help always, and help arrives. I'm battling severe Osteoarthritis, all over my body, to the point it is causing me to not want to get up and go. Well, that is not an option, and not what I truly want. I want to move, so I prayed, for God to show me a way, and in the same day The Stretch Mobility Coach popped up on my Fed on Facebook. It could be due to my looking into red light therapy for my thinning hair, and where small patches of hair have fallen out, possibly due to having so many surgeries. Oh well, I take it as a sign, and I signed up, and I love it. I know I'm stiff, muscles mass is declined, and I need help to get to a better place. Brooke it awesome! She provides all the information needed to understand muscle loss problems and muscle gain benefits. In just the first week I notice that I just get up and walk without concentrating on my joints, amen. I definitely want to keep going to the sessions; It's what I need! Thank you, Lord, and thank you The Stretch Mobility Coach. You are heaven sent!
P.S. After speaking with Ms. Jordin about how I learned of The Stretch Mobility Coach, she showed me that the red-light therapy machine is also positioned to target the head/scalp to awaken hair follicles. I feel like I got the two for one deal! I'm a believer! No pics to show yet, but they'll come!

I started working with Stacey this year after seeing a social media post about More Than PT's Running Video Analysis. My running form was really suffering - over time I became more and more out of balance, to the point I felt like my left and right sides didn't know each other. And I had been dealing with chronic Achilles pain. At my first appointment, Stacey confirmed with video the issues with balance that I was feeling. Since then, I have been working with Stacey to repair my form through stretching and strengthening exercises and running cues. And it is working! After a few months I already feel like a new runner. I recently completed the Columbus Marathon, my 21st marathon finish, and felt young again. I am very optimistic about continued progress and am very glad that I found More Than PT!
I had BKR in 2023. Last one was 08/23. I was still having issues with both knees as far as strength and tightness. A close friend recommended Athletico Therapy. Nate is a great therapist with the knowledge and personality to lead me to better mobility. I have had 3 visits and the tissue massage has already improved my tightness around my knees. This company was affordable and efficient with getting my son driving and ready for his test. Within 2 weeks of turning in paperwork and fee he was on the road practicing and completed his hour commitment within a week. I was in a time crunch to get him completed before his temps expired and Mendy was so helpful in meeting our needs! Highly recommended!!
