I used Dr Patan for my Invisalign treatment. I found her very professional, calm and caring. All the staff ai encountered during my visits were friendly and helpful. I received excellent communication both with reminders on appointments and on the change of location to a sister office when the Springboro office was closed. Rescheduling was also easy when necessary. I wish Dr. Patsn and her staff all the best!
