My baby that was 5 got sick and this place was amazing.. they took such great care of him he ended up having cancer and This place was amazing. Just remember people the vets are only human. Most of the people do the best they can for our babies and Noah’s Ark of Westchester did the amazing job with my baby who I had to put down at five years old …thank you Noah’s Ark and I’m bringing my new puppy back there for treatment.
This place is affordable especially within normal days that arent sick/emergency ones. The vet was so nice and the receptionist and techs were as well. We usually use the colerain location but will definitely be gokng back to this west chester one from now on.
I have been taking my animals here for years! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Despite being very busy they made sure I got everything I needed and made sure my pups got what they needed for thier annual exam. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get good care for their fur babies. BONUS they have veteran discounts.
