We had a wonderful experience with West Chester Veterinary Center and Dr. Johnson. Our cat, Doe, had an urgent, ongoing health issue, and our regular vet was unable to get her in.

I had one of my cats in for a check up. They were professional and accommodating .I'm a DAV and don't move very quickly . Even my cat had no complaints. This was greatly appriciated
I was a first-time patient with a sick Labrador. I was able to get an appointment quickly (via an online scheduling program - so convenient!). I was seen shortly after we arrived at the clean clinic by a friendly staff. The vet listened to what was going on with my dog and also understood that I couldn't spend a small fortune doing every last test. She didn't make me feel like a bad dog mom for asking to try one thing first before we went on to more tests. We settled on a solution that worked for my dog and my bank account and, it turns out, it was the right decision because he's so much better now!
