Contacted company for flooring warranty work where there was a quality issue with product from manufacturer that was done in 2021. Doug was amazing, helpful and diligent in working to make us whole and happy. He helped pick a new flooring which we like even better than the old! He has an amazing eye for style and design. We have had a wonderful experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements for our kitchen remodel. Our designers were responsive, informative and friendly. Jim and Kim were a pleasure to work with and their guidance throughout the selection process was invaluable. Our installer Jeff worked so efficiently with incredible attention to detail. We cannot say enough about Craftsmen Home Improvements. Jim and Kim listened to our needs and were able to turn a design into our dream kitchen. Kim and Jim knew they were helping to not just provide a design or service--they were helping design and personalize our home. They considered aspects that I would have never, ever thought of!!
