    I ordered a kitchen window from Stanek, made a 50% downpayment, and patiently waited for its manufacture. My order was subsequently confused with someone else's. That was cleared up, but after manufacture, the window was temporarily lost in transit. After it was found, I made an appointment for installation, but Stanek later cancelled this, explaining that the parts were unavailable. After the parts became available, another appointment for installation was made, but the installer never showed up.
