SPENGA is one of the most fun workouts ever! Hard to get bored with 20 minutes of spin (not even long enough for the seat to hurt your bottom 😁) 20 mins of strength/lifting/bosu/trx (everyday is different) and 20 mins of yoga! Who doesn’t need forced to stretch at the end of a workout? It’s something I’ve always skipped over in the past and now the yoga is my favorite part of my workout! I burn 700-900 calories per session depending on how hard I push. The coaches, owners, front desk staff are all amazing people and the studio as a whole is like one big family. Couldn’t recommend it enough!! 💚 SPENGA! Even after 500+ sessions, it never gets old!
