Kelvin did an outstanding job installing our runner up our stairs. We have different widths at the top vs below the landing. He made it look perfect. Highly recommend Kelvin to install your tough job.
With some many colors and styles to choose from I was a little concerned about picking the right color, style and floors for my home. Alexandra Gregory helped me narrow down the carpet and hardwood floor I was looking for. She walked us through a few ideas and provided samples for us to take home until we figured out what we where looking for. The young man who went through and measured was very helpful as well, explained how the process will work on install day with furniture and what can be done to prepare for installation day.
He showed up when scheduled and was very helpful explaining the process. Thank you both for your knowledge and patience.
I worked with Alexandra Gregory who suggested carpet tiles for my sunroom.
She was timely, professional and great to work with. I installed the tiles myself and it turned out perfectly seamless. I will always use McSwain and Alexandra for all of my future carpet and flooring needs. Thank you!
