Empire Today was outstanding from start to finish the salesman great he even came back a second time to make sure I was satisfied with my Selection ask for Steve Mahi he was very patient it took three days to install my hardwood floors Luis Flores along with Eddie were and the team were amazing they made sure I was pleased with the quality of work after every day they cleaned up each day they were very polite and friendly the problem was they spoke very little English had to use the translator on my phoneI had used Empire 8 years ago and my floors are still very beautifulGreat flooring company
We had Gary Matthews as our Associate, he was Outstanding!! He was very patient with my husband & I!! It took us quite some time to make up our minds! Thank you again Gary for all the help!!
My experience with Empire was great from start to finish. My salesman was so helpful and I picked out a beautiful LVP floor. The crew who came to install were amazing. They were respectful of my furniture while moving things. I couldn't believe how fast they worked. When the job was done, I was so happy with my floor and the work that they did. I will definitelybe calling Empire for any future needs and will tell all my friends about them. Thank you so much.
