Building Character replaced my deck 2 years ago. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from planning to the completion. This year I had them back out to construct a roof over the deck. It has transformed my house. I can hardly wait till the weather improves to sit out there and enjoy it. It was so refreshing to contract a company to perform work and they actually went above my expectations.

Building Character replaced our 30 year-old wooden deck that had several issues with a stunning new composite deck. From the design process which included a three dimensional video allowing us to visualize our new deck to the finished product, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The quality of work and the attention to details were very impressive. Our new deck is beautiful and exactly matches the initial 3D design. I would highly recommend Building Character to anyone needing a new deck.

Fantastic work!! We were looking to replace our old wood deck that was starting to rot and to add a concrete patio to our backyard. There was great communication from the beginning, transparent quote and discussions around where money could be saved. Easy process to pick out materials and colors. The crew that came out to complete the work also had great communication when issues came up.
