I have a HVAC that was installed by a company who provided HORRIBLE customer service. I called DAC & H and they came in less than 2 hours to fix my furnace. They replaced and installed a new gas valve and submitted it under warranty. The original installer never registered the warranty so DAC&H sold me the part at their cost. They provided fast, friendly service and went above and beyond to solve the part problem.
