Thaine has saved us twice! NO AC when HOT outside(85 inside)! Fast response and quick to repair. More than reasonable .. He's the BEST ever ...and we've worked with many Dayton HVAC companies!

Thane is a great and efficient problem solver, affordable, and kind. All things that are unfortunately rare in businesses around here. If you're looking for professional service without constant upselling, this is your contractor.I've used them twice: once to fix a furnace that inexplicably kept shutting off, and again recently to deal with a disconnected duct (different houses). He sticks with it til it gets fixed!
