I've used them twice: once to fix a furnace that inexplicably kept shutting off, and again recently to deal with a disconnected duct (different houses). He sticks with it til it gets fixed!
Thaine has saved us twice! NO AC when HOT outside(85 inside)! Fast response and quick to repair. More than reasonable .. He's the BEST ever ...and we've worked with many Dayton HVAC companies!
