Called first thing the morning with a hot water heater failure, were very receptive and responsive to servicing the issue promptly. Scheduled for 30-45 minutes after first contact. Maintenance team were onsite promptly & were very professional. Job complete with 2-2 1/2 hours from arrival. Awesome experience. Would highly recommend.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

I can not believe someone would post a one star review for this company! I have never had any issues with Stebbins, and always value their insight and proactive approach to my plumbing issues. Most people understand service isn't free, troubleshooting isn't free, advise isn't free, and the one star person is clueless that she was extended a courtesy by being discounted. I only wish more companies were as willing to work the customers as they are!!!If you took the time to read this review then I request you PASS on the one that the Heather chick left with one star noted ...UGH!!!!!!Service: Water heater repair

I cannot believe how little reviews this company has on Facebook right now. they have been amazing, I also should have left a review much sooner. we had a nightmare of an experience with more than one company previously, we felt like we were robbed when it came to what we were charged and the issues were never fixed and actually made worse somehow, stebbins had came out and literally saved the day and were very affordable, and since then they have saved us again on more than one occasion. they do great and reliable work. they are polite and kind, and I will say that that's one of the most important things to me, especially in unexpected and difficult situations like these...read full review
