“Keifer heating and Air replaced our furnace and A/C about 7 weeks ago. The owner-manager is incredibly knowledgeable and presented us with various options that would fit within our needs and budget. The installation was amazing-Keifer explained everything and made sure we knew how to program and care for the system. The attention to detail from the beginning of the systems preparation to the end of actual installation was outstanding. We were excited to realize the cost savings of our electric bill with our new system. Our old heating and A/C had seen better days and we were definitely overdue for a new one. Keifer was respectful of our home with their set up and clean up. And that includes the removal of our old system. Noteworthy to mention is how Keifer stays up on the most recent technical equipment for specific testing info and details of install. He came back within weeks to confirm all systems were working to perfect balance; to include, correctly and properly. This could have been an extremely stressful experience but, it was the complete opposite for us. Keifer is professional, extremely systems knowledgeable, hard working, customer service friendly, aware of our needs, budget and time. Keifer is an A+ company and we would highly recommend them.“

The install went really smoothly. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and you could tell they cared about doing things right. The new system is running perfectly—much quieter, keeps the house comfortable, and already feels way more efficient than the old one.

One thing that really stood out? They were so sweet to our dogs. Took the time to say hi, didn’t seem bothered at all, and were just genuinely kind and patient around them. That goes a long way in my book.

“Blair Heating is a great company. The offer a great product at a wonderful value. Seven years ago we purchased a new Trane furnace and AC. It was installed professionlly in two days. Since I purchased a service agreement, it is serviced twice a year.

Yesterday, the AC stopped working. I called them this morning which was a Sunday. They came out and I was expecting to pay a $125 service fee. The technician replaced a capacitor and it was working again. However since the AC unit was serviced within the last 30 days, he waived the service fee and it was only $70.

“Had phenomenal service today from Butler Heating for our residential boiler (in a 100yo 4000+ sq ft home). We had been receiving suboptimal service from another company who claimed to be experts in boiler servicing. After ignoring an obvious issue for two years, we had been told yesterday by that company our only option was replacement. Feeling a second opinion was in our best interest, I called Butler and got a prompt appt for the afternoon. First we had Keith come to our home; incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, friendly and professional. In his 30+ yr opinion he felt our boiler could likely be fixed vs replaced. He worked with the service department to ensure Brandon (a service technician) could try to come out in the afternoon, given the dangerous temps. Brandon arrived prob an hour later and was terrific! Talked me through everything and could not have been more helpful, professional, and spot on! He repaired the boiler and saved us from having to replace right now. And after we settled up and he left, he returned not 5 min after as he noticed our vent exiting the home was covered by some snow! I never would have known this and it could’ve been an issue. Extremely impressed with everyone I talked to/worked with today (Nick, Tim, Keith and Brandon) and cannot recommend them more highly! Very appreciative of this company“

“Seiter came out to diagnose our old Bryant system. They quoted a price for service, but we decided to replace it. They offered a fair price and had an entire new system ( heat pump, coil and furnace installed within 2 days. Jonathan and his son Jon were awesome installers. Thanks so much.“

Ricky and Steve most recently helped out with a water heater issue and they were able to get the parts they needed quickly and installed which solved the issue. They were very friendly and even gave us some tips on other stuff we could repair/replace on our own not related to the current issue that will save us from problems in the future. “I was very nervous about needed repair on my VERY OLD FURNACE. There was a tin piece on the front of this old furnace that said to contact BAKERS. And I'm so glad I did.David Towe came out to help me. He was very calming and kind. He had the know how to make miracles happen! My animals and I were very grateful. I strongly recommend Bakers and especially David, who came in with confidence and good humor to calm us all down and get the job done....perfect.“

“I had a company who came into our home to diagnosis my furnace problem. I was told I needed a gas valve and their estimate was $1,200.00.
After calling to get a price for a gas valve, I was told its $205.00. Hmm ?. That told me I was going to be charged $1,000.00 for labor for what I was told would take 1 hour. I called the company and asked for a breakdown of their charges. Didn’t get one, so I cancelled my appointment.
Luckily I was referred to Mark at A & A. He came the next day. He asked me if i really needed a new gas Valve ? I laughed, & said, so I was told???
After 30 min Mark said, you don’t need a gas valve ?. Mark made one adjustment and the furnace came back on and has been running great.
Mark charged me a service call, and I can’t tell you how happy I was to find an honest contractor.

“The service tech and response time were amazing, cost way high. I googled average cost $150-300, we paid $335. We are on freezing temps on a snow storm eith my one year old grand daughter, so I just paid it. Hassam, our tech, was great though and very informative and very kind in understanding our situation. He does not set the price and I would use him on a personal level again. The 4 stars, not 5, is strictly because of the high price.“

“Wow! Zach, Brendan, & Luke These guys are absolute ROCKSTARS!! They spent a week at my house re-running my whole entire hvac system from the ground up. Moving the airflow out of my slab due to water coming in my air ducts and vents. These guys worked so hard spending thier days in my attic which literally has 6ft of insulation and only crawl space. Brenden was able to squeeze into an area that everyone else said no to and run duct work to our sunroom which is such an upgrade. They put up with my 5 million daily questions . Never complained . Went above and beyond and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you no me, you no how picky I am with everything, and after several estimates and companies coming out all saying the same thing and priced similar, I'm so glad I went with my gut and chose Lifestyle Comfort Solutions. They respected my home, kept everything clean and tidy and let me tell you this job was HUGE and quite the mess.
