Just had some surgery done recently and was searching for lymphatic massages asap and did a search for that and her business page popped up right away. I checked out her page which looked legit so I messaged her and she got back with me right away and got me in the next day. She’s very professional and super friendly. We always have good laughs and great conversations. The place is very clean and cute. Love her music selection we well. I have booked two packages with her so far. Massages are definitely worth the money. Very relaxing and you’ll see results quickly. I will definitely refer her and be back! Go check my girl out! :)
Had my 29 year old roof replaced by Cox Roofing. They were on time, courteous, respectful and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. They got my large roof torn off and replaced in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly and went around several times using magnets to check for stray nails. Can't say enough goods things about them.

Wow. This was just as much an experience as as it was a haircut. I imagine this was what getting a haircut was like in the days past. Bert is very talented and gave me the exact modern cut I was looking for. I imagine he has seen it all as he informed me he has cut hair in downtown for ~50 years. There is also a gentleman that will shine shoes and I was told someone comes in for manicures sometime in the week. I will be back for years to come :)

I haven't gotten my hair trimmed or cut since I moved here from NYC a few years ago, and i've been nervous to start over somewhere new! Finding a great hair salon is almost like finding a therapist. First of all, the customer service at this salon is outstanding. I put in for an inquiry because it is conveniently located where I live downtown and the look of the salon reminds me of the city. But the next day the team messaged me, and they made it so easy for me to book an appointment. (Which is super super helpful for someone who is anxious about someone new working on their hair!!) They connected me with sadie the other night and i loved her. She made me feel safe, welcomed, and heard. She was SO helpful and totally helped transform my hair just by the way she styled it! She listened to my ideas but also used her professional skillset to help bring to life what I thought looked cool from my favorite artist, (Jenn Johnson) but didn't think i could pull it off. She was so patient, genuine, and kind. I was worried I couldn't do what she could with the waves and the curling iron (which i still probs can't lets be honest LOL) but she was patient to stay after and show me how to do the waves with the iron. If you're nervous about trying somewhere new, this is the place to start. If you're worried about spending more money and at a luxurious salon, what is something you can subtract from your budget? I went to the location on a whim for a quick trim, and was delighted they were able to accept me as a walk-in. I was able to get my hair trimmed with Pam. She did a wonderful job, and my hair looks much better, especially compared to previous trims I have received at other salons. I will be a returning customer!

I walked in without an appointment, and I saw how clean the place was. Mathew Vasquez greeted me as I closed the door. He said they take appointments but was free and willing to cut my hair on the spot. Now you have to know that my hair hasn't been cut in four months and I looked very shaggy! Not long after I looked like a different person! Mathew did a great job! My wife even liked his work! That is high praise! I will be going back with an appointment the next time !

Great place for a haircut the best I have found in the Toledo area "The Slice is Right" They take mobile payments or cash. Sometimes they can fit you in even if you don't have an appointment you can book any of them on Booksy or TheCut app. They did move locations that will be updated on the app I provided. About 5 barbers Total. Great atmosphere and vibe they mostly have music playing and plenty of room to find a seat and wait they even have free wifi That's about all you need to know Good luck out there everyone.

I wear hijab and they were super accommodating with my request for privacy and even opened their salon earlier so I could get my haircut in privacy. Seriously, so sweet. Just hire these talented ladies! They were a joy to work with & felt like additional friends in my bridal party. They were professional, but also fun to work with & talk to. They did hair & makeup for my self & my bridesmaids. Each bridesmaid wanted something different, & even when they couldn’t articulate or have photos of the look they wanted the Beauty Bond team nailed it! Everyone looked so beautiful on that day. Including myself, the bride. I don’t normally wear a ton of makeup, so I was a bit worried I wouldn’t still look like me after going more glam for my wedding. But they did it, I looked like the best version of myself. Everyone at the wedding complimented my makeup and it photographed beautifully. I would definitely use the Beauty Bond again anytime I need my hair or makeup done.

I'm disappointed she has been opened for six years and this is my first time hearing about her!! This is my first facial in 3 years. As soon as you walk in she greets you and the environment is inviting, warm, clean, and the music brings it all together. She ask you your concerns. Then she takes you to the area where she does her AMAZING work and it's so calm in there. She has a massage chair where you sit to get your facials done and on top of that you get a shoulder and neck massage!! Like you can't beat that!! As she gives you your facial she explains every steps and make sure your comfortable every time. I don't know how I haven't heard of SeaDreamz but she definitely made a LOYAL customer out of me and I'll be bringing my 16 year old daughter to get her facials done as well. I will be trying out her other services as well, so if you haven't tried her out yet, then you definitely missing out on the best in Toledo, OH. DON'T LET ME FORGET ABOUT THE PRICE!! It's so reasonable like I couldn't believe everything I received for the price I paid.

"No Frown Lines, No Horror Stories--Leslie is the GOAT!" I'll be honest: I have injector trust issues. Like full-on Botox PTSD. Between being called a manchild at a med spa in Chicago, being so over-injected I looked like an a wax figurine at Madame Tussauds , and one charming injector who basically stubbed out their cigarette before coming at me with a needle (washing hands apparently optional), let's just say I was skeptical. Enter Nurse Leslie at Bella Via Med Spa. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease, which is saying something since I'm usually gripping the chair like I'm on a rollercoaster. She doesn't try to upsell me after I mention I'm literally only comfortable with the bare minimum. No pressure to get a whole menu of treatments I don't want, and actually listens. She wipes me down with alcohol swabs to satisfy my inner germaphobe before administering my favorite poison (Botox, not actual poison, though let's be real, it kind of is). She's precise without being in a rush, presses on the injection sites to reduce any instant sting, and hasn't hit a nerve (figuratively or literally) once. Best of all? A couple weeks later, my forehead is smoother than a baby's bottom, without that frozen "NPC in a video game" look. If you're in Toledo and want to keep your facial expressions (but not your frown lines) in check, Leslie is the best.

Always a great experience at the best tattoo shop in Toledo. Dawn finished up my arm length, full color, cherry blossom branch. She wants to do some touch up on it in December so no photos yet.
Since this was my third tattoo by her my booking was done via an in person consultation. The shop is well lit with a very happy vibe. All the staff are very friendly which is a plus. I only have a 7 mile drive from my home in Temperance Michigan so travel is no big deal. Highly recommended.
Got a really cool cover up tattoo here by Kara. My first time getting a cover up and having freehand done, and it was such a cool experience! She is personable and friendly, as well as being a talented and varied artist with distinctive colors. The studio itself is bright, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. That experience was stellar.
My only critique is that their booking system seems to have some issues I’d hope they address. I booked an appointment in April for a month later, only to have it cancelled the day before as the date shouldn’t have been available on the booking site. They sent out a confirmation email two days prior which I did confirm, so not sure what information is going where. We rescheduled the appointment but unfortunately that fell through on their end too, so ultimately the appointment had to be cancelled, though they did kindly refund me the deposit.
I hope Ink & Iron is able to fix these kinds of errors in the website in future, as it was a huge bummer to lose out on a tattoo I was excited for just because the booking site made a mistake.
Just had a memorial tattoo today by Ernie. I walked in and here he could do it right then. Fantastic job. I have several more to come and I will be returning. Also, gave his name to a friend who is in the market for a tattoo. Highly recommend.

Deanna was amazing! This was my first time getting a piercing since i have moved to Ohio so I was a bit nervous. She made me and my friend feel very comfortable, she gave us her undivided attention and patience. Educated us on aftercare and all the different types of piercings available. The shop was very clean and everyone was really friendly! I live about 45mins away but 10/10 would make that drive to get another piercing done by her! Thanks again so much!!
I have a long history with this shop. I first started going when I was 16 (30 now). Jay Jay is one of the most authentic dudes I’ve ever known and Pango has been doing my tattoos for over a decade. Amanda is absolutely amazing! I've gone to her for my 3 tattoos and she has done them really good justice. They come out the way I want and very beautiful. She is super good with colors and the fine line tattoo that I have. She is super nice and accommodating especially because i struggle with anxiety. I definitely recommend her. The shop is also very cute and cozy, makes you feel very welcomed.

2023 Called Fred on a Sunday to set up something Monday morning for our basement drain backing up. He was friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. He came out and cleared our drain quickly for a more than reasonable price. Very thankful for him and would highly recommend him. We got his number from a family member who used him recently as well and was very happy with his service. We will only be using him for the future. Tis my fault! I threw a bunch of egg noodles down my garbage disposal . My disposal threw them back at me along with a lot of water. We called Rooter Master and within an hour they were at our house, diagnosed a severely clogged drain and a leaking pipe. Josh and his trusty helper worked quickly and efficiently to repair my disaster(which was way worse than we thought)! This team was quick, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend Josh and Rooter Master!!

My toilet had become clogged and no amount of plunging would clear it. I have used T&J in the past, so I gave them a call first thing this morning (8ish) and they were at my place about 10:45. They listened to my explanation and checked the things they needed to check; then they explained my options to me very clearly. I asked a question and expressed my concerns, which they addressed. I gave them the go ahead and they were done in a few minutes with just snaking the line. They put everything back together and cleaned up. The price range estimate was 265 to 365 and thankfully, the job came in on the low end. Hopefully, I won't have to call them for several more years. I would recommend these guys to anyone needed plumbing service.
I had a pretty serious sewage issue. These guys came out right away. Told me what was causing the blockage. Everything was speedy and pretty efficient from start to finished. They made it very smooth for me. Which is nice because the insurance process is a pain already. James was great. I submitted a request for a quote via our local directory for an appointment to examine a circuit breaker that kept tripping when we turned on a lamp in our living room. James called me within a couple of hours to get some more details and a picture of the breaker box and texted me a detailed quote shortly after. So I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. -- he was prompt and very friendly, appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the box and the outlets (he got my money's worth out of the hourly fee), and explained what he thought the issue was and the potential fixes. I took his suggestion, and so far, so good! I highly recommend James and his team!

Floorcraft Designs has a loyal customer for life! We found ourselves 30+ days into a large refinishing hardwood floors project with another contractor; it was not going well, and looked very bad. Our home was built in 1936 and has lovely floors. Michael walked through our front door and professionally examined the state of the floors, he let us point out things to him, he did not bash anyone, he made eye contact, he expressed empathy, he offered to serve us in any way we needed; whether it was a written professional opinion of the job from the current contractor, or getting the job himself. He confidently promised us beautiful floors, should we decide to hire his company to make the situation right. We made the decision to hire Floorcraft Designs to start over on our project from the beginning [side note: if you have ever lived through having your floors sanded and refinished, you know this was not an easy decision!] Michael worked us into their very packed schedule. Then, John showed up, as promised, and worked so very hard for three weeks. Due to working us in, John had to work some late nights and/or weekends. Each time, he communicated his timing and asked if that would be OK for us. He was so professional, respectful, kind, trustworthy, meticulous, and, above all, he held so much pride in his work. The outcome? Our floors are gorgeous. Stunning. Perfect. Please save yourself the hassle of working with another contractor. Oh, and since I have the unique perspective of comparison ...and this is pretty important ... the sanding and staining process done by Floorcraft Designs was BY A MILE less dusty, more clean, and, had much less harmful fumes than the other company. From when the gentleman came out to do our quote (which was totally thorough because the insurance company missed so much, just saying)till the job was finished, we had stellar customer service and excellent workmanship. You can't even tell a vehicle ever ran into our home and garage. Hope this never happens again but would recommend them for this or anything other brick work or damage. We bought our acrylic tub from New Bath approximately eight years ago. Justin was our installer, and he did a fantastic job. About a month ago we noticed some dark spots on the tub approximately seven or eight spots we thought was something to do with the acrylic messing up. I tried cleaning them and they would not go away. We called new Bath, and they got a hold of Justin, and he called immediately and came the next day. He said it looked like we had spilled something on there, but it was not an acrylic problem. He had some cleaner he used and it took just a few minutes, and it was just like new. Justin was informative and polite. I highly recommend Justin for any job you need done. Thank you

Dr. McMahon is very professional, precise and lives by his very own advice. His staff is great and I’m always amazed at how they know all their patients by name. He specializes in a lot of things that can be beneficial to your health. Also, make sure you check out the massage therapist. Ashley knows what she’s doing.

10/24/24 I text with an urgent need for a ferrel cat that was far too gone to save. They provided me with a quick response and appointment so the cat would not suffer in pain. In less than an hour we got in and the cat crossed over peacefully in caring hands. The staff is beyond amazing in everything they do. Thank you to each and everyone for the help.
It’s been almost a year since Ziggy could go for a walk because of his luxating patella, but he’s finally back at it for the first time today thanks to Dr. Brown! I was extremely nervous for him to undergo surgery since he’s 10 years old, but all of the staff at Shoreland were phenomenal. I’m very picky about who takes care of my baby and haven’t been very impressed with other animal hospitals or vets, but I give Shoreland an 11 out of 10!! Thank you for fixing Ziggy! He’s such a happy dog now!

This is an update on 9/10/24. Shoreland Animal Hospital is, still and always will be the best animal hospital in Toledo ❤️. I can't say enough about their care❤️❤️❤️. I had a situation where my 10 month old Irish Wolfhound ended up needing emergency surgery after hours and Dr Brown and the staff went over and beyond to save him. He had to recover at Med Vet over the weekend and Dr Brown kept me updated over the weekend better than Med Vet. They have always been so caring when I have had to send one of my babies to the Bridge. I can't thank them enough for caring for my children ❤️

I took our brewery dog down to Let the Fur Fly to get her nails trimmed. She is exceptionally difficult to trim, but the ladies handled her beautifully. If they can handle Half Pint I have no doubt they can handle any dog.
They did a great job on my kitty. They gave me no complaints about handling her although I know she can be fiesty lol. They did a perfect length of cut. I wish the tail and bottom of paws were also trimmed however I will just mention it next time!

I just want to take a moment to thank Paige at A Doggie Doo Toledo for a job well done. Our last groomer recently retired and today was our first appointment with a new groomer and new location. I’m typically leary of new places but so far I’m really glad I gave a doggie doo a chance. I’m happy with my dogs results and the time frame of the service provided. I liked Paige and I will try and stick with the same groomer for all future appointments because that will allows a new relationship to build which always makes my dog more comfortable because she don't like being left anywhere. I appreciate the great service and kindness of all the staff that I came in contact with so far.
I brought my bernedoodle in for his very first grooming. dropping him off was a very easy process. I was asked what I would like done and and went on my way. the cut turned out amazing especially since he was a bit matted. The great thing about In touch is that because my doctor wrote me a prescription for a massage (due to work related stress/muscle spasms), they are able to give me a receipt for my FSA reimbursement. I used to have knots in my shoulders and back as well as tension headaches, but the massages have really helped to relieve the pain. I've gotten massages here from both Sally and Dawn. They each have their own style- I feel like Dawn is a bit more comprehensive and Sally is more localized. (ie if your problem is in your back, Sally focuses on that area whereas Dawn focuses on the entire body.) Both are very good and relaxing. Note: Dawn is only available in Toledo on Thursdays. Also, they don't take credit card so bring your check book.
Meredith is the best! No frills and she adjusts pressure as needed. If I ever win the lottery, no joats or planes for me but I will hire her to bey chief massage therapist :)

Highly recommend! I went to Lindsey Melden for a massage and she did such a great job at listening to my needs and adjusting the massage as necessary. It really helped with my stress and tight muscles. Will definitely be coming back.

Due to a back injury I need a massage from time to time. This was the case last night, I was in rough shape and had a hard time moving. Stopped by and was really surprised! One of the better massages I ever had. Highly recommend and will return.

To my friends with hypermobility/EDS/etc - Lisa and her team have got your back! It's taken me a long time to find a provider that understands the balance needed between strengthening the certain muscles while releasing others through both manual manipulation and stretching to help increase joint stability. This team does both well. I also always feel that Lisa listens to my concerns, takes them seriously, and offers support as she is able within her role as a PT. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Great experience. My son completed the online classes and 8 hours of drive time. Every instructor made him comfortable and confident. Easy to schedule and helpful staff.
Please read the reviews before you decide to use this school. Nothing but issues with the class dates and them changing them because instructors kept calling off. We showed up for one class to be asked oh you're here for class? It was cancelled, we forgot to call you. Then they ran us to get a class rescheduled. Now we have been waiting for a month to get the driving part done only to be told "You're on the list" with no time frame that we will get finished. Its been very frustrating.Update -They have been communicative and helpful and have reached out to apologize and make things right. I do appreciate their effort in making things right and moving forward with getting schedule. Jamie who reached out was very friendly and willing to help. I do have to add that it shows alot that a business does monitor their reviews and reach out to customers to discuss and make things right
Second attempt trying to participate in this company’s remedial course after being turned away for “not having enough people to continue with the class”. Finally sitting in a class of 6 people, we were all strongly instructed to participate and be interactive in the class to help the day go by faster. While the class was asking the instructor to explain one of the lessons that was going to be on the exam (since we were there to fully understand and take away something from the course) a lady (was denied several times to what her name was) who had been extremely full of attitude from the start had rushed out of a side room, and tried to make the whole class leave in a screaming manner. After the whole class was confused and taken by shock - a 41 year old man spoke up, who was there after working a 12 hour overnight shift was demanded to leave. Next, after not saying a word I was then demanded to leave because I “looked like I had an attitude” meanwhile we were being screamed at and I wasn’t saying anything in the first place. Also a man who previously had taken the course came in to have his certificate fixed since it was filled out wrong and couldn’t move further in his DL process with the BMV. The instructor was rude on top of lying to the man about the woman not being there to fix it, on top of him saying it wasn’t their fault - it was his. Flat out lie, she was there and completely not his fault in anyway. I am in complete shock and extremely enraged after this being the second time trying to complete this course. As a mother of two, obviously without a license, this isn’t the easiest task to arrange. Do NOT waste your time on this company for they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never seen anything like this. Never in my life have I been shouted at and treated with such delusional disrespect. I will be reporting this company further for its disgusting behavior. I hope no one has to experience anything like this in the future.
