Greg, the technician came out to see what was wrong with it and he was very good at diagnosing the problem and letting me know that it was going to be taken care of. Greg was kind and understanding of my frustration with the unit. He agreed that it had been installed incorrectly and was going to talk to his manager about fixing the problem. About a week and a half later, Greg and Brandon came out and fixed the line set to the right size and replaced the evaporator coil and got it running for me. This was at no cost for me since Parts were under warranty and the line set was not the size Recommended by the manufacturer . Both Greg and Brandon were very polite and easy to work with. They were efficient and competent. They changed my thermostat for me and didn’t charge me. They left everything neat and tidy.“

After reviewing proposals from several Bryant dealers, I selected Miami Valley because of the time and effort they invested in properly evaluating our home and system requirements. Unlike some contractors who simply provide a quote, their representative performed a complete load calculation, including window sizes, wall construction, insulation values, and other factors to ensure the equipment was properly sized for the home.
The engineer also spent additional time working with me to design an expanded return-air system and larger filter cabinet to help satisfy airflow requirements and improve overall system performance. That attention to detail gave me confidence that the installation was being done correctly rather than simply replacing equipment with the same size units.
The installation itself went very smoothly. “Nick & Steve replaced our very old oil fired boiler. We new it needed replacing and I have been nursing the old one along for many years. We have also been using 7 additional electic space heaters due to the uneven heat around our home.
