There I learned about the Onero program to help build up bone density. I started the Onero exercise program 2 1/2 months ago. I find that my twice a week Onero class is specifically tailored to my needs with careful technical training by Todd. Each week I am progressively challenged with increased weights and repetitions. My goal is to build bone density and muscle strength. I am looking forward to my fall bone density test. I am expecting great results. I am very grateful for Todd's work with me in the Onero program.“

654 Brooksedge Blvd B, Westerville“I was looking for a place to build my strength (with weight lifting) and balance, but I needed somewhere that was body-positive and would hold me accountable (not just take my money and let me not show up!).A friend raved about this place, and I kept seeing their ads on social… with lots of different body types doing a variety of exercises modified as necessary. I signed up for a trial period and was not disappointed! It’s been a perfect fit for me (a 40 something overweight gal looking to be stronger, stable, and maintain bone density as I age).This gym is a friendly supportive atmosphere including staff and clients. They try to connect clients with every necessary resource, meet me where I am fitness-wise, and celebrate non-scale wins to keep folks motivated. Clients are encouraged to modify exercises to avoid injury and work up to a “full” version gradually. You set your own goals, and your “why” is considered an important part of your program. You can schedule classes online, and the teacher to client ratio is small. Some classes are even available virtually!I have regular check in’s with a trainer to monitor my progress, and she helps me adjust my training as necessary if I am in pain or having some other issue. If I don’t show up for any class in a week, or haven’t scheduled, they will contact me to see what is up!“
“Only AMAZING things to say about the butcher shop and their welcoming community. I've been to almost 250 classes over the the past year and a half and it's really changed my mind and body. This Pilates studio really values form and pace over everything else. I love the principles of lagree that they teach, which really gives you results. The instructors are very patient and kind and understand that you won't be a Lagree master over night! The workout is also so customizable for all levels.“

The trainers have solid educations in sports physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and physical therapy. Many customers are physicians, architects, engineers, a good mix of women and men, centered on ages 30s to 70s. This is the best exercise training I have ever gotten, always planned well (but not overplanned!) The session plans are intelligent and well-judged. A workout by professionals for grown-ups. Jeff Holdinsky in particular has been a perfect match for me. I am early 60s, demanding job with lots of travel, he has adapted his workouts to my situation. A huge improvement in health, fitness, and mood. A great spot and very convenient to my residence. I think all the coaches are good, and the managers at GB will find a good match for you.“

They are so positive and encouraging, and always have a smile on their faces. My journey has been slow and steady. I feel stronger and healthier and I managed to lose a few pounds and gain muscle. I'm still battling to get to my goals, but I can always count on them to help me and encourage me. The exercise coach program and all of the strength building machines help keep me motivated while getting stronger. I love the fact that I have a crazy schedule, but they always manage to squeeze me in. Going to stay strong and keep at it because I know that it works!
