This is a terrific place for people with motion disorders like Parkinson's Disease. The environment is friendly, welcoming and challenging. Melissa Carlson is highly motivated and has attracted a loyal group of followers who will tell you that the program is flexible, adjusting to different capabilities of each individual, but also spurs everyone to do more than they thought they could.
