My PT worked with me to alleviate back pain I thought I would just have to live with for the rest of my life. She used a combination of dry needling and exercises to get me to a point of ZERO pain. I was so use to the pain that I still expect it to be there but it isn’t! In addition, the staff is friendly and caring and the office is the perfect size to feel like a friendly neighborhood office instead of a large clinical atmosphere. All in all, I highly recommend this office!

I've had multiple rounds of other physical therapy in the past with little to no results so I wasn't expecting much here. But WOW, after just the 2nd visit, my life had drastically changed for the better. I've been to three total appointments so far and for the first time I am feeling very optimistic about achieving a level of rehabilitation that I never thought was possible. I am excited to see what else they have in store for me moving forward!

I have gone to Fitness Matters for knee, ankle and shoulder therapy. This is the only place I will go to. They offer a variety of therapies including pilates, MAT (muscle activation), personal training, Wellness Services, kinesio taping, McKenzie Method, Vestibular Therapy, Urban Zen and many other alternatives to pain relief and balance issues.
