A place I can go where there are people that look like me and have the same struggles that I do. The encouragement that I get helps me stay on track. I love this place and all of the people I have met.
Very caring and professional trainers and even more wonderful people. Not just a safe place to share and evolve but also fun and upbeat atmosphere to workout in. A true community in every sense of the word.Recommended with most confidence to everyone who need a change in their lives with well prepared and ready to act trainers?
I love the virtual options. I can really work out on my lunch. I still feel engaged because the instructor can still comment on my form. They always have accommodations for each exercise.
