This is a great place for women who are just getting back into shape, needing rehabilitation and serious workouts.
I was post menopausal and had been at least a decade since doing any serious attempt to work out. Kim and her staff were the answer. Classes are small which meant I could relax and not worry about keeping up. Every exercise as an option or two to modify so that you can make progress without aggravating existing conditions.
And it is very impressive to see the staff also going thru workouts to stay in shape. I very much recommend Fab You fitness.

Also, I have increased strength, loss weight and changed clothing size all while working at a pace that works for me and my schedule!

They try to connect clients with every necessary...read full review
