Great gym GREAT people! Coaches are amazing. I joined CrossFit Expedition in May of 2022 and it has really helped with my running.

This is a great gym for all levels! As an older member of the gym I can say everyone is welcoming and supportive. The atmosphere is fun and safe. There are many people doing a common workout at their individual levels. The coaches are knowledgeable with helping you modify to a level that is challenging and able to be accomplished. I was never a gym person but now I am and I love this gym!
