Great gym GREAT people! Coaches are amazing. I joined CrossFit Expedition in May of 2022 and it has really helped with my running.

Does anybody want to be free? Free of excuses that hinder us from being the best version of ourselves? F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real): It's time to say hello to fear (recognize it) and explain some things to it; it's time to tell fear GOODBYE! Farewell, Goodbye, so long.... Hello Grace: That's what I decided to do in 2020. I knew I needed to change behaviors to be the best version of me for ME. Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic, high blood pressure, mentally drained, physically weak and tired..... Host of excuses. Until I met CrossFit Expedition..CrossFit Expedition is more than a gym; it is a place where community is forged, personal goals are achieved and fostered by the wonderful coaching staff, and having fun is guaranteed. Everyone is starting somewhere on their journey and the community respects all who come into the door. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to to grow in their craft to provide the best programming possible. At the same time they are open to honest feedback so that they ensure their clients experience is unique. I am experiencing holistic transformation (off medication, normal blood pressure readings for over 3 years now, friends in community) as a member of this gym and loving everyday of it! This is a great gym for all levels! As an older member of the gym I can say everyone is welcoming and supportive. The atmosphere is fun and safe. There are many people doing a common workout at their individual levels. The coaches are knowledgeable with helping you modify to a level that is challenging and able to be accomplished. I was never a gym person but now I am and I love this gym!
