“I was a member here for about a year and loved it (And I am PICKY when it comes to gyms.) I've moved away and am genuinely missing the workouts and instructors (especially Rich and Chris!) I get bored easily, so the variety of workouts kept me coming back consistently. I have always and will forever hate cardio, so the short bursts of it interspersed throughout the workouts kept me accountable and because I LOVE core work, I would even show up on cardio/core Fridays. Favorite day was Tabata!
