Just attended the festivus games at your gym and wanted to say your event was top-notch! From the facility, to the organization of the heats, to the awesome judges, it was a great event. I look forward to participating again at this location! Much appreciation!
Did the 6 week challenge, just finished last week. I never knew how effective cross was at getting in shape. I lost 25 lbs over my 6 weeks. It feels amazing. Thanks big time to Indy, Kate and Riley. You coaches are the best, very encouraging and knowledgeable. Thanks again for all the support from the coaches and fellow cross fitters .
