Hamdi came to my home to check out a knocking sound on my furnace. While he was here, he did a maintenance and cleaning of my HVAC/AC, which he believed would take care of any noises it might’ve been making. He was extremely helpful, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I believe he did an excellent job taking care of my issue. He also took the time to explain to me what needed to be taken care of and answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the excellent service I received today.
Carter arrived promptly this morning to do our annual A/C tune-up. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions, did the job quickly, and replaced the filter. As always, a great experience with Aire Serv!
Service was via my Home Warranty Company. The scheduling was not the greatest of experiences, but the service gentleman was nice, kind, professional and fast. When your HVAC goes out on a wknd, when it’s 95* outside, you just wanted someone to come fix it. I submitted my warranty request on a Sunday, but didn’t get someone out to fix until Tuesday.
