All I wanted to do was turn off a hose. But the spigot broke and the situation eventually devolved into us finding three or four more problems (got to love aging infrastructure!) that required coordination between homeowners, a property management company, the city, and maybe even a few other contractors.
Anchor organized everything and kept me informed throughout the process. The individuals working in my home were professional, efficient, and provided great info any time I asked. I thought their pricing was very fair.
I highly recommend Anchor. They will be my first call the next time I need service.
Anchor really went above and beyond during this cold week. Our furnace went out suddenly and they were on-site within a few hours when I was expecting a few days out. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they respond and appreciate the communication they provide on what's going on and the steps they're going to take to remedy the issue. Thank you all so much, I highly recommend Anchor!
Best service, best price, and the fact that I can support a local business is a huge plus! Will definitely be using Anchor in the future for all of my hvac needs. Five stars for sure!
