“Never having had my ducts cleaned before, I was a bit hesitant to bring someone out to clean them. That being said, I am very pleased with the work that was done and plan on bring him back one every other year.Sean is a great guy. He did a good job at explaining the entire process to me and why it is necessary. He also stuck to his quoted price which is a big ask now-a-days. He kept telling me that it would make a big difference, and again, I was a bit skeptical, especially since my since of smell is terrible, but what do you know, after he left and I was walking around my house, I 100% noticed a difference.The first night sleep was some of the best sleep i have gotten in a long time. I didn't even realize how the air quality in my house was effecting my sleep. This is definitely a great thing to do for your house.It was also nice that he brought the big air scrubbing vacuum into my house instead of running it from his truck. This way, my door didn't have to be propped open all day for a huge hose to run through.Sean is very nice and easy to work with. He didn't mind me following him around all day and asking him questions. I will definitely be calling him again in a couple years.10 out of 10. Would recommend.“

“Being a Contractor myself, I am always apprehensive when I have to have something done on my own home and yet can't do it myself and have to rely on other professionals in the trades. However, for 30 years I have used Echols's for any servicing of my Heating and cooling system. ( my old system was 35 years old!!!!)I wanted to update my system and still went through the process of getting 2 more quotes besides Echols from other very well known and respected HVAC Companies. All 3 Companies were on the same page of apples to apples needs for my home. However, due to my prior confidence with Echol's, as well as my research on their BBB and Google Reviews and reading the good, bad and ugly reviews (trust me, there is no perfect Company, but you can read between the lines and see the truest integrity of a Company and a Consumer-based on these reviews if you keep an open mind!) I was quite impressed with so many years in Business and all the Very Positive Reviews and even the ones who weren't stellar, Echol's replied and tried to make good on situations! That meant a lot! Therefore, even though Echol's was not the lowest bid, I Contracted with them anyway! I was so glad I did! The guys were amazing, very respectful of my home and our conversations based on my own trade knowledge and lack of knowledge in this instance but wanting to know enough to be understanding of this new system. They also had some issues with a faulty new Thermostat at 6:00 at night ( so ordered a new one and returned the next day with the new one and installed it!) and some PVC piping needed corrected due to an odd ben/slope that they caught on their "punch out- final walk thru" and they corrected it immediately, so my new system would operate perfectly! Bravo Echol's! You have me as a customer for another 30 plus years hopefully!“

“We can honestly give Pride a very high recommendation. The staff is courteous and professional and the technicians do very good work and provide explanations and answers to any questions.We bought a house in Canal Fulton in 2021. The furnace was older, but Pride came out promptly when we had problems. Seth cleaned the flame sensor and Dakota came out on a Saturday morning to clean a vent stack. Dakota expertly discussed a crack in the heat exchanger and took the time to take CO readings at all of the heating discharge vents before he left.We contacted Pride to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. Jim quoted us a very fair price for the replacement and Dakota and Brendan arrived on May 5 to do the work. They completed the work in less than six hours and did a great job of cleaning things up and removing the old equipment.They are a very good place to work with.“
