“Very impressed with Crescenze Cooling and Heating. Furnace went out, we called and they had sent out a repairman within a half hour. It turned out the repair wasn’t a quick fix so it could not be done that evening. Due to the cold weather they left electric heaters to keep the home comfortable and called me first thing the next morning. The crew was at the house early, installation went smooth. They were extra careful cleaning up and made sure there was zero mess for us after install. “I’ve used Air-On Mechanical several times now including the installation of my furnace 5 years ago. This morning I called because my furnace stopped working over the weekend. I called at 8:25 AM and by 9:10 two technicians were pulling into my driveway and a hour and a half later I had heat again. I felt the charge was very reasonable for two technicians spending that amount of time. Because of my previous positive experiences both of my daughters have had Air-On install new furnaces and AC units.“

“We came home to no hot water and no heat . We called this company first thing next morning and they sent Mark the repairman by 9:30am ( actually he was early ) . He had everything up and running in no time and probably saved our lives finding a carbon monoxide leak. It's an old house and old appliances and this guy was spot on with everything . “We can honestly give Pride a very high recommendation. The staff is courteous and professional and the technicians do very good work and provide explanations and answers to any questions.We bought a house in Canal Fulton in 2021. The furnace was older, but Pride came out promptly when we had problems. Seth cleaned the flame sensor and Dakota came out on a Saturday morning to clean a vent stack. Dakota expertly discussed a crack in the heat exchanger and took the time to take CO readings at all of the heating discharge vents before he left.We contacted Pride to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. Jim quoted us a very fair price for the replacement and Dakota and Brendan arrived on May 5 to do the work. They completed the work in less than six hours and did a great job of cleaning things up and removing the old equipment.They are a very good place to work with.“
