Our service technician was Pablo. He walked us through the process of getting a new HVAC system and took the time to talk us through all options available including replacing our geothermal unit. He did a great job on providing any explanations and answers to our questions and helped with which unit would be the best for our situation.Gino LoPresti was our installation tech that installed our geothermal unit. He took the time to walk us through what they were going to do, all the while being respective to our questions and concerns. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I appreciate the reminder texts of the upcoming appointment. Nate called ahead and asked if he could show up early. Once here he explained everything that was going to happen. Price quoted did not change. Thanks Schar Heating & Cooling.
