“Big thanks to Melvin for his exceptional work on clearing our bathtub drain and performing maintenance on our water heater. He was also patient with my dad, who kept him busy with many questions while he was working. I had previously engaged another service to maintain my water heater. The technician from the previous company simply inspected the water heater and declared it too old to flush. He warned that the heater would fail if he attempted to flush it and advised us to get a new one, charging us a fee just for the visit. I was under the impression that our water heater was beyond saving. Then Melvin came along. Not only did he flush our water heater successfully, but he also didn't charge extra for the visit or for inspecting the clogged bathtub drain. I brought up the bathtub drain issue to a colleague, who recommended a plumbing service they had a positive experience with. I informed my colleague that it was, in fact, the same service that had just completed the work at my home. I've been hesitant to use large companies in the past, fearing they would charge more. However, this particular service offered a fair, if not better, price for the work they did. They've certainly earned a spot on my go-to list for future plumbing needs.“

“Knowledgeable and efficient. We've had two different service technicians and both completed the job quickly. Paying under $200 for a plumber to come out, diagnose the problem and quickly fix it is almost a miracle in this day and age. Would hire again and recommend to others. “I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. He cleaned up after himself and gave us what I consider a reasonable price for the work.
