Update: Another terrific experience with Mr. Gaylor! We had a clay downspout that was cracked and needed replacement. He quoted a price for us which he later lowered when he realized that the job took less time than he had predicted. In my experience, it is rare for a business to quote a price and then lower it in the spirit of fairness. He also went the extra mile by putting a camera in the drain and he was able to see that the person who flushed out the drain had missed a spot. (That person came back, admitted that the flushing had been incomplete, and flushed it again.) Mr. Gaylor arrives promptly and works efficiently. Highly recommend him!!“
