“I've been a happy customer of V&EH for years. Recently, I had a routine tuneup of my furnace, which was handled very well by technician Jeff P. He mentioned that my water heater was a fairly old model, and I asked him some questions about lifespan and potential issues that could arise. Turns out my water heater was well over 20 years old, and was very likely nearing the end of its life. At the end of the tuneup appointment, Jeff provided several estimates for different replacement models. I ended up selecting one of the models and he happened to be the technician who installed the new unit. Once again, I was impressed with his work quality, professional style, and thoughtful customer service. Definitely recommend V&EH for their products and service.“
